Jane has a wealth of experience in advising trustee boards and employers of varying sizes and across a diverse range of sectors on the legal issues facing their schemes.  Jane advised on one of the first applications for Clearance from the Pensions Regulator and was recently involved in advising the receiving scheme trustee board in respect of a large, complex and multi scheme merger.   More details on Jane’s background and experience can be found here.

Jane is coming on board at exactly the right time to support our continued growth.  Through the fantastic support we’ve received from many in the industry, ProPensions has now been appointed by twelve employers to provide professional trustee services across 17 pension schemes.  Our current client base provides pension benefits to over 4,700 members, and includes total scheme assets of over £600m. 

With further opportunities in the pipeline this is a hugely positive and exciting time for the business, and I’m really looking forward to introducing Jane to our clients and contacts in the weeks and months ahead.
