We are very excited to announce that Mairi Carlin has joined the ProPension team.
Mairi has specialised in pensions since qualifying as a lawyer in 2005 and has held roles at DWF, Pinsent Masons, Brodies, and Burges Salmon.
As well as extensive legal experience, Mairi also brings prior experience as a pension scheme trustee from her time at Pinsents. Further details of Mairi's experience can be found here.
On 1 October 2019 we opened the doors of ProPensions, as a brand new business hoping to pick up some professional trustee appointments and the occasional piece of employer consultancy work.
Five years on and the firm has grown far beyond where we could have hoped for at the outset...

Richard brings over 25 years of experience in pension scheme administration and governance, a complementary skillset that will further enhance the value we add for our clients and support our continued growth.

We have a new team member! We’re very excited to announce that Mike Thirlwell has today joined ProPensions to further strengthen our professional trustee offering. Mike joins from Barnett Waddingham where he spent over seven years as an investment consultant advising a wide range of pension scheme clients, from small defined benefit schemes to multi billion pound defined contribution schemes.
